2. Changes to These TermsWe may amend this Agreement from time to time in our sole and absolute discretion to comply with laws or meet changing business requirements. If the changes include material changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you by reasonable means. You acknowledge that an in-app message or an email to the address provided at registration constitutes reasonable means.
For new users, revisions shall be effective immediately upon being posted. For existing customers, revisions shall be effective 30 days after posting. Your continued use of the Applications, Site, or Service after this 30-day period signifies your acceptance of the amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue your access to and use of the Service. Please note our employees, customer service representatives, or other agents are not authorized to modify any provision of these Terms, either verbally or in writing.

4. License to Your User-Generated ContentWe do not claim ownership of your User-Generated Content; however, you grant us a perpetual, fully paid-up, non-exclusive, sublicensable, irrevocable, and royalty-free worldwide license under all intellectual property rights to use, reproduce, transmit, print, publish, publicly display, exhibit, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, and otherwise exploit such content, in whole or in part, in any and all media and channels now known or hereafter devised. This includes use in connection with advertising, product packaging, printed publications, social media platforms, or on our websites without further notice, attribution, or payment to you. We are not, however, obligated to use your User-Generated Content.
5. Your Account and PasswordsCertain Total Body Fitness Services permit or require you to create an account. You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information, including your name, contact, and payment info. You agree not to impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, or use another person's username and password.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and for all activities under your account that you can reasonably control. Sharing your password or login information with any other person is grounds for immediate suspension or termination of your account. Total Body Fitness will not be liable for any loss that you incur as a result of someone else using your password, either with or without your knowledge.
6. Member Public ProfilesWhen you create an account, some profile information may be publicly viewable by other Total Body Fitness members. Total Body Fitness relies on its members to provide accurate information and does not investigate or verify statements or backgrounds contained in public profiles. We do not guarantee the accuracy of public profiles and disclaim all liability for interactions between members. You agree to exercise all precautions when interacting with other members and sharing information in open public forums.

ITNESS SERVICE IS INTENDED TO BE, AND MUST NOT BE TAKEN TO BE, THE PRACTICE OF MEDICAL OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OR CARE. YOUR USE OF THE TOTAL BODY FITNESS SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. TOTAL BODY FITNESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LIABILITY, OF ANY KIND, RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE TOTAL BODY FITNESS SERVICE.
